Goya Chanpuru

’’Chanpuru’’, le dialecte d'okinawa veut dire ''melangé''. Goya Chanpuru est un des plats très connu de la cuisine d'Okinawan. Dedans il y a normalement le goya qui est un légume un peu amer, du tofu, du porc et des oeufs.
